Miniature and Tweener
First let's get the big question out of the way. What is a tweener? Tweener is a term used by breeders to describe a dachshund that is in between a miniature and a standard. Now let's talk about size. A miniature is a dachshund that weighs 11 pounds or less. A standard is a dachshund that weighs 16 pounds and over. A tweener is a dachshund that weighs over 11 pounds but less then 16 pounds. All weights are of dogs at least one year of age, because that is when the dog stops growing. A miniature dachshund is 11 pounds or less and a tweener dachshund is more then 11 pounds but less then 16.
All Of Our Dachshands Are Registered With The American Kennel Club
All of our prices include full AKC Registration. We don't make you pay extra for the papers. They are included in the price. All of our dogs are healthy and happy. The puppies are raised in our home and are part of our family. We have been breeding Dachshunds since 1997. Over the years we have had many satisfied customers, many return customers and made many good friends.
Males are $475.00 and females start at $550.00.
We require a $50.00 deposit to guarantee that you receive your puppy when it's ready to go to your home.
The puppies will be ready to go to your home around September 6TH. As soon as we receive your deposit we will e-mail you weekly picture updates so you can watch your puppy grow and mature. We still have both males and females available. Please e-mail us with any questions about the puppies and we will give you a quick responce. Thank you.
The deposit can be paid with a personal check or any major credit card via PayPal.
Your puppy will be dewormed, vaccinated and Vet checked before it goes to your home!
